An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the new Beirut team of a fast growing Paris-based fintech company: HedgeGuard, software and platform of services to the investment management sector.

HedgeGuard offers a unique approach to the challenges of investment managers though a suite of solutions and tools which include portfolio management, order management, risk, reporting, as well as performance and attribution reporting & middle office outsourcing service.

You will be part of the Implementation Specialist team focusing on Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Family Offices. 


As part of its expansion, HedgeGuard is seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist to join its Beirut Office.

As an Implementation Specialist, your mission will involve working closely with HedgeGuard’s various teams (Middle-Office, Customer Success, Business Analysts and Sales) to ensure the timely delivery of HedgeGuard’s operational platform to clients.

This position is based in Beirut following an initial 6 to 9-month training period in our headquarters in Paris.


The successful candidate will drive and oversee the full implementation process, from contract signature to the end of each project implementation. Responsibilities will include:

·         Project Management

o    Definition of Implementation plannings

o    Prepare and lead kick-off meetings

o    Help Sales team scope projects

o    Lead project meetings with clients

·         Implementation activities

o    Gather client data to implement within HedgeGuard

o    Design Operating Processes with the client and its other service providers (Prime Broker, Custodian, Fund Administrator)

o    Deploy HedgeGuard software on Clients infrastructure

o    Implement client data in the software (Data migration)

o    Organize training workshops (Front-Office training, Middle-Office training, Compliance and Reporting trainings)

·         Coordination with other teams

o    Communicate implementation deadlines to Sales team depending on the workload of the implementation team

o    Help sales team in scoping projects during the Sales process

o    Liaise with Business Analysts and Developers to create a roadmap for developments required by prospects

o    Communicate project progress to other teams in the company

Your responsibilities will also include the optimization of implementation procedures.

Skills required

·         Relevant Graduate Degree – Msc

·         1 to 3 years of experience gained in the finance industry working for a software vendor, consultancy or in an asset management company

·         Hands-on experience on all asset classes

·         Good knowledge of SQL, ability to write queries would be a plus

·         Highly motivated, meticulous and hardworking

·         Organized, rigorous, deadline focused, analytical and excellent communication skills

·         Ability to adapt continuously within a fast changing environment

·         Fluent in English, French is a plus
